Your Responsibilities:  

  • Support for HR Operations Center in daily tasks: compensation and benefits, staffing, employee development, training courses, health & safety  
  • Support for Recruitment Department: verification of resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies, organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates, posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms  

What Skills You Need:  

  • Willingness and high motivation to develop in the area of HR & Recruitment,   
  • A good communicator in English, who thrives on working in a global team environment,  
  • German/French/Spanish language skills are beneficial,  
  • Excellent organizational skills,  
  • Detail-oriented,  
  • Ability to be flexible and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously,
