We are looking to add to our existing HR operations team a great team player who will become the main contact and expert to support our HR team based in Spain.

Your Responsibilities:

  • HR administration and support for Spain & different business units based in Europe
  • Support migration of HR processes such as Service Award, Staffing, Statistics, compensation and benefits, Employees’ development
  • Processes documentation and continuous improvement
  • Training courses’ organization & coordination
  • Reporting
  • Close cooperation with the Spanish team
  • Manage and maintain information in HR systems
  • Advise employees and managers on system related questions & our internal procedures
  • Preparation of HR reports
  • Knowledge &best practice sharing

What It Takes:

  • Spanish B2 and English B1/B2
  • First experience in HR operations
  • Proficiency in Excel, appetite for data management, attention to details
  • Strong customer focus & accountability
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Collaboration & Team work mindset
