We are looking to add to our existing HR operations team a great team player who will become the main contact and expert to support our HR team based in Spain.
Your Responsibilities:
- HR administration and support for Spain & different business units based in Europe
- Support migration of HR processes such as Service Award, Staffing, Statistics, compensation and benefits, Employees’ development
- Processes documentation and continuous improvement
- Training courses’ organization & coordination
- Reporting
- Close cooperation with the Spanish team
- Manage and maintain information in HR systems
- Advise employees and managers on system related questions & our internal procedures
- Preparation of HR reports
- Knowledge &best practice sharing
What It Takes:
- Spanish B2 and English B1/B2
- First experience in HR operations
- Proficiency in Excel, appetite for data management, attention to details
- Strong customer focus & accountability
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Collaboration & Team work mindset
